A new semester begins

This is my first venture into the blogosphere, an environment familiar to many of our students and recent alumni. I plan to use this page to report about the University of Idaho, the School of Journalism and Mass Media: student achievements, alumni successes, new faculty and courses. I'll also occasionally offer comments about developments in the media and trends in journalism education.
